About The RoleYieldstreet is hiring a VP of Marketing to lead go-to-market and marketing strategy by developing ongoing and effective Direct to Consumer Growth Marketing campaigns and programs that drive revenue. The role is for someone who has created and launched marketing initiatives across Product, Consumer Lifecycle, and Brand Marketing and isn’t afraid to work alongside their team to run effective programs. You will be working with the investment product and customer lifecycle teams who all share in the goal of growing our customer base, our customer wallet share, and retaining existing customers and assets.This role is expected to be a key voice and representative of our customers, so Financial Services experience is a must as you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and teams in Sales, Investor Relations, Legal, and Marketing. Yieldstreet is in its 10th year of Growth, so we are looking for someone who not only understands the wider investment and investor landscape but also knows how to operate in a lean environment of passionate colleagues that are un-negotiable about continuing to develop Yieldstreet as the leading Private Market Investing platform for Retail investors. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.What you'll do:Support and manage Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and execution for new initiatives from idea through launch.Ensure alignment and continuously manage the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders.Drive strategy around product positioning for existing investment products and new product launches.Articulate value propositions and messaging to inform marketing initiatives and product launches.Partner cross-functionally to assess market needs and opportunities, validate with clients, define value propositions, and marketing/industry positioning.Track and analyze the performance of the product marketing team efforts against KPIs to optimize business outcomes and foster continual innovation.Conduct comprehensive market research to understand our investors, current market trends, the competitive landscape, and key investor insights.Own the development of investor-facing marketing assets to support our investment product messaging such as product videos, emails, website copy, and blog posts.Manage the Senior Associate, Customer Marketing.What you’ll need:10+ years of Marketing experience, preferably with retail or direct to consumer focus.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Experience with determining product-market fit and delivering products to market.Proven experience launching new products.Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.Strong ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.About YieldstreetYieldstreet is the leading private market investment platform.
