We are seeking an experienced Construction Associate with t least 1 year of experience to join a construction practice group based in Nashville.
The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the following areas:

• Construction Disputes
• Experience working on the planning, negotiation, design, and construction phases.

Qualifications:

• Strong academics
• Construction background
• Exceptional writing skills
• Experience in legal drafting in both transactional and litigation matters.
