What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Generate leads and close sales through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to expand your network.
• Prepare project bids, negotiate contracts, and hit sales targets.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions.
• Travel to client sites (valid driver's license required).

What We're Looking For

• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals.
• B2B sales experience - 2+ years REQUIRED.
• Restoration industry experience REQUIRED.
• Strong communication skills to build value and trust with clients.
• Ability to travel 75% REQUIRED .

Compensation: Starting at $70K+ (Base + Commission + Bonuses)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
