ECommerce Customer Service Manager
Airmont, NY
$70,000-$90,000
Responsibilites:
  • Oversee and support a team of 4 overseas customer service associates
  • Handle cases that are escalated and step in as needed
  • Monitor trends in cases and report on them
  • Communicate between the customer service team and other departments
Requirements:
  • Prior knowledge and experience with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
  • Technologically savvy
