Client Overview:
Our client is a premier fitness facility dedicated to helping our community achieve their health and wellness goals. They are seeking a friendly and organized Part Time PM Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our members and guests.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$17/hr
Position Overview:
As a Part Time PM Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our clients' doors. Your primary responsibilities as a Part Time PM Receptionist will include front desk management, member services, and administrative support. The Part Time PM Receptionist role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Part Time PM Receptionist:
  • Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude as a Part Time PM Receptionist.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Check members in and out of the facility using our membership software.
  • Schedule appointments for personal training sessions and classes.
  • Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Provide information about our services, programs, and promotions.
  • Address member concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of front desk supplies.
  • Work hours ranging from 3pm-7pm (Monday-Thursday).
Qualifications for the Part Time PM Receptionist:
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ideally 1 year of fitness experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using membership management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
