About the Role:
• We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and assistance to customers in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field, with preferred experience in healthcare, call centers, or dispatch services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate and timely assistance.
• Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in company systems.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive service experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Education:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
• 1+ year in customer service or administrative support (healthcare, call center, or dispatch experience preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• The candidate should be local to Temple texas.
• The payrange is $17-18/hr.
