LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary Legal Assistant in San Francisco, CA!

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Drafting and Proofreading: Draft and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Calendaring: Manage the attorneys calendar, scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings efficiently.
  • Filing: Execute filing procedures, ensuring compliance with legal protocols and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation and insurance coverage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional proofreading skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough working knowledge of and experience working and filing within the Federal and California court systems.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.

Salary: $30-35 an hour
