About the role
The Associate Director of Operations will partner with senior leadership to drive efficiency in workflow and process across the organization, and track high priority business initiatives and KPIs. This role will have high visibility and will be instrumental in taking KB to the next level in its goals of achieving operational excellence and efficiency.
Essential Functions

1. Operational Efficiency & Process Compliance:
2. 1. Design, implement, and oversee operational processes to improve efficiency across teams.
   2. Ensure company-wide adherence to established workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
   3. Conduct regular audits and refine processes to optimize productivity and mitigate risks.
   4. Collaborate with department leads to identify bottlenecks and improve cross-functional workflows.
3. Project & Task Management:
4. 1. Manage and optimize Asana as the central hub for project and task management.
   2. Train and support team members in Asana usage and best practices.
   3. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and on-time execution.
5. Technology & Automation:
6. 1. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity through integrations.
   2. Implement tools and software that improve collaboration, workflow automation, and performance tracking.
   3. Manage vendor relationships for operational tools and software platforms.
7. Business Performance Tracking:
8. 1. Support budget planning, resource allocation, and financial forecasting for operational needs.
   2. Collaborate with leadership to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success.

Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, or equivalent experience.
2. 5-7 years of experience in business operations and/or systems, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency. 1+ years of management experience preferred.
3. Proven expertise in a project management tool such as Asana, Monday, or Clickup, including automation, reporting, and workflow optimization.
4. Experience in implementation of automation tools such as Zapier, Tray, Make or similar.
5. Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities, often under pressure and on tight deadlines
6. 1. Ability to re-prioritize in-the-moment
   2. Ability to communicate workload and prioritization
   3. Proactive identification of concerns or problems, or a better/more efficient process, and working with Leadership on potential solves and implementation.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a cool head under pressure.

The pay range for this role is:
105,000 - 120,000 USD per year (USA)
