Senior Project Manager (Site Development and Engineering)

• Requirements
• 15+ years experience
• Bachelor of Science (MS a plus).
• Professional Engineering License in Pennsylvania or other state
• Ability to speak and write professionally

Position Responsibilities

• Lead teams of engineers and cadd designers in the development of land development projects
• Experienced in stormwater management design, including the use of hydraulic analysis software (Hydraflow, Pondpack, HEC-RAS, etc.)
• Experienced in NPDES permitting and Erosion and Sediment Control design in Pennsylvania
• Responsible oversight of the preparation of calculations, reports, drawings, and other documents for construction, permit, or bid packages
• Develop proposals and project budgets
• Define municipal zoning and planning requirements as related to conceptual site development plans
• plan and establish scopes of work for land development projects
• coordinate with geotechnical and structural engineers as needed in developing the plans
• Attend and present at client and governmental meeting as required
• Develop scopes of work and hour estimates for land development projects.
• Manage standard notes and details used in land development projects
• Track and report on project schedules and resource requirements.
• Take responsible charge over the production of land development contact documents
• Develop contract standard and special provisions as needed.
• Responsible for development of new clients and market sectors
