Job Description: The Customer Care Specialist will provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Working in a high-volume call center environment, this role involves assisting customers with product questions, warranty information, and troubleshooting, while building positive relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer 50-60 inbound and outbound calls daily , addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions.
- Assist customers with warranty claims, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Manage returns, process orders, and educate customers on product features and usage.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems such as AS400, Zendesk, and Excel.
- Provide solutions for customer concerns, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members, contributing to a supportive, team-focused environment.
- Participate in hands-on training, including assembling products in a warehouse setting to gain in-depth product knowledge.
Qualifications: - Experience: 1-3 years of high-touch customer service
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills & Traits:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and problem-solve under pressure.
- Proficiency in using multiple computer screens and software systems.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Additional Details: - Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Saturdays (March-September): Remote, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Training:
