Stamford Health Medical Group (SHMG), a multispecialty physician group in partnership with Stamford Hospital, is currently seeking a BE/BC Internist or Family Medicine physician to join a well-established primary care practice on the east side of Stamford. This opportunity is open due to retirement of one of our providers. The incoming physician will step in a very well-established panel of patients.

SHMG is seeking an enthusiastic provider of holistic person-centered care to work alongside another internist, excellent nurses and front office support, The practice is all out-patient, M - F, with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours for administrative duties that can be completed at home. The practice is part of an established SHMG call group of 12 physicians. All physicians refer patients to Stamford Hospital in downtown Stamford.

Stamford Hospital is an award-winning 305-bed independent, community teaching Hospital, and a primary teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
