Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,200 per week at Cheshire Medical Center summary:

The Travel Nurse RN in Med Surg provides comprehensive nursing care, supports patient and family education, and collaborates with healthcare teams. This position requires a New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License and at least 2 years of Med Surg experience, including cardiac drip expertise. Flexibility for unit float assignments and proficiency with Epic EMR is essential for this role.

    Job Requirements
  • New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required
  • 2+ years Med Surg experience

  • Must be willing to float to Kingsbury Unit (MS)
  • Profile Requirements: Cover page (if available/not required), Work History, License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS and PERM ADDRESS)

  • BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED/CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload
  • RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED
  • NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better)
    Unit Specific Information
  • EPIC experience required
    Additional Details
  • Covid vaccinations strongly recommended, but not required
  • As of 1/1/24 – all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance
  • Training from CPI, AVADE or MOAB required for onboarding and clearance
  • This is a small community without public transport; traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
