• Represent clients in medical malpractice defense and other healthcare litigation matters.
• Advise healthcare providers on regulatory compliance, licensing, and operational matters.
• Assist with healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements for healthcare entities.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida (or eligibility for immediate licensure).
• 2-12 years of experience in healthcare law.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and fraud and abuse laws.
• A book of business is a plus but not required.
