Award winning Boston boutique employment law firm seeks a law firm associate attorney who has 3+ years of law firm experience.The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $145,000. While employment experience is most highly valued, we would consider training an experienced civil litigator with a relevant skill set. Experience with contract review and revision and/or review of corporate documents would be helpful, but not required.

We represent Fortune 500 executives and C-Suite executives in executive compensation and negotiation. We represent the leaders in technology, bio-technology and pharmaceutical companies. We advocate for victims of sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

Qualifications:

· J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Massachusetts

· 3 or more years of employment/litigation experience in a law firm setting

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
