Hutch's, one of Buffalo's longtime favorite culinary desitinations is looking to hire a high-energy, internally motivated and growth minded individual to manage a high volume station (Grill / Saute / Expeditor) and support the team through leadership and knowledge in a high pressure, detail oriented, face-paced environment.
Primary responsibilities to include but not limited to: assist the team in daily preparedness, food handling, recipe execution, line setup and station management throughout service 5 days a week. Candidate must be technically capable of and committed to adapt the owner's vision of Hutch's recipes, techniques and be able to have a positive impact on the rest of the culinary team to continue to execute at a high level.
Position is full time, with comensurate growth opportunties.
Hutch's is closed on Sunday and Monday
