Are you an ambitious Construction Project Manager with significant structural concrete or heavy civil projects experience, looking for a role in a rapidly growing organisation where you can make an impact?

We have been retained by our client in the construction sector in Bozeman. They have exciting growth plans and are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support this growth. In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team and overseeing cost estimation and project management for concrete construction projects across residential, commercial, and municipal sectors.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Construction Project Manager include:

• Assume overall oversight and serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a quality product that meets their desired specifications, local regulations, and requirements
• Proactively manage the project schedule, accommodating changes, while maintaining flexibility to roll with any modifications
• Conduct accurate project estimation adhering to the guidelines and standards
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

Skills and experience required:

• Knowledge of standard construction estimating practices with expertise in concrete estimating
• Construction Management degree preferred
• Proven experience in Project Management from project estimation through project closeout
• Up-to-date knowledge of building codes, best practices, technological advances, and overall performance standards
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Procore, P6, and MS Project
• Strong leadership skills.

Location : The Senior Construction Project Manager will be based full time in Bozeman, Montana.

Remuneration : Basic pay of $170,000.00 to $200,000.00 (depending on experience) plus a generous bonus program and a full extended benefits package.
