The role involves a variety of tasks, including:
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Sales Enablement: Develop materials like pitch decks, playbooks, and customer stories to help sales teams engage with prospects and customers.
- Content Creation: Produce pipeline-driving assets such as blogs, videos, webinars, and podcasts to promote the product and educate the market.
- Product Launch Support: Partner with Product/Engineering to create market-facing content (blogs, press releases, web pages) for new features or products.
- Customer Case Studies: Write compelling case studies that support sales, demand generation, and customer success efforts.
- Competitive Analysis: Provide sales teams with competitive insights, including battlecards and training to improve sales effectiveness.
- Messaging Development: Align product messaging with key personas, use cases, and industries.
- Content Strategy: Help craft a strategy and plan that educates target personas and drives interest in the product.
- Brand Evangelism: Represent the brand at conferences, meetups, and webinars with engaging presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience: 2-5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a focus on tech products, especially in areas like Identity Security and CIAM.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical products and their value.
- Content Creation Skills: Proven experience developing content that speaks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Developer Empathy: Familiarity with the developer journey and the unique challenges they face.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Technical Background: Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Developer, Sales Engineering, or Product Management) is a plus.
