As the Corporate Accounts Manager your focus will develop relationships with all residential new home's constructions corporate account decision makers and negotiating favorable agreements to use Pittsburgh Paint Co products!
Corporate Account Manager will report to the National Sales Manager and work remotely supporting the entire Midwest Zone.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify sales opportunities, establish key partner relationships in effort to build strategic account partnerships and defined programs.
•Collaborates with the sales team, offering coaching and mentoring to drive sales growth.
•Manage and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, including C-suite executives.
•Develop the sales strategy to identify, prioritize and target the accounts within target segments.
•Analyze financial data on a regular basis, resolve and evaluate the need for change to drive financial gains.
•Develop launch plans and coordinate program launches with field sales managers and sales reps fully defining their roles and requirements on projects.
•Travel in defined region and/or nationwide to call on current and prospective strategic account customers - focus segments.
Qualifications
•7 to 10 years of leadership experience preferred in high level sales with a proven record of success.
•High School Diploma required, or BA preferred.
•Microsoft Office tools experience required.
•Possess financial acumen (Understanding of financial statements, customer contribution and financial drivers at customer).
•Must travel 75% or more and must possess a valid driver's license.
