Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. This role involves assessing and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function. The ideal candidate will collaborate with healthcare teams, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Strong communication skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work in various settings are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Before 1/1/2016: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
After 1/1/2016: Doctorate of Physical Therapy required.
International candidates: Must have at least a Bachelor's degree; Doctorate preferred.
Must hold or be eligible for a state Physical Therapist license within the first 90 days of employment.
CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
Must maintain all required certifications and licensure.
Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Work experience preferred but not required beyond clinical training.
Ability to lift 50 lbs., assist with 100 lbs., and push up to 300 lbs.
Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
If assigned a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.
If using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
