*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a variety of settings, including clinics and hospitals, with a focus on patient safety and comfort. This role requires strong clinical skills, knowledge of sterile processing, and the ability to work effectively in acute care environments. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
* Assist in the assessment of patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
* Perform sterile processing techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients.
* Monitor vital signs and assist with diagnostic tests as needed.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
* Support neonatal care by operating neonatal ventilators when required.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

*Requirements*
* Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
* Familiarity with systems related to patient care management.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
* Previous experience in clinic settings is a plus.

Pay: $46.56 - $47.85 per hour
