*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
* Position - Travel LPN
* Location - Pembroke, NC 28372

*JOB DETAILS:*
* Full Time - 9 weeks contract
* Shift - 12 hours day and night // 36 hours
* Work Location - On Location
* Ability to commute/relocate: Pembroke, NC 28372 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Collecting specimen samples when needed
* Taking an active part in patient care planning
* Preparing patients for transfers or discharge
* Assisting in medical procedures
* Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
* Provides routine care for patients.
* Reviews medical charts.
* Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
* Assists with patient comfort.
* Monitors catheters.

*REQUIREMENT:*
* Active CPR/BLS
* Covid Card
* LPN State License - NC
