Position Overview:
Join Doctors of Physical Therapy, a physical therapist-owned and well-established provider, as we seek a full-time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our Marshfield, WI clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a patient-centered, results-oriented clinic in a relaxed and friendly environment. As the Clinic Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality care to patients.

• Full-time availability is required, with a preference for working five days per week
• Flexible scheduling options available: four 10-hour days
• Two evenings required, working until 7 p.m. on those days
• No weekends, no holidays

Caseload:
Youll treat a wide variety of patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This position includes a mix of outpatient orthopedics and Workers' Compensation cases. Unique to this clinic, youll work with a major employer offering physical therapy services without the hassle of insurance.

• Patient load: Treat 10-12 patients per day
• Patient scheduling: Every 30 minutes, with a PT Tech available to assist

Compensation Benefits:

• Starting salary: $85,000+ based on experience

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of six months of outpatient experience required (2 years preferred)
• Full-time availability, 40+ hours per week
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
