Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting coverage opinions.
• Litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases.
• Case management, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and in court proceedings.
• Assist the firm's international colleagues and handle cross border matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Colorado.
• 2+ years of experience as an insurance coverage attorney.
