As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will assist in managing the candidate pipeline, conducting screening calls, and supporting the recruitment process. Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake with hiring managers to offer acceptance.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions and applications through various stages in Greenhouse.
- Generate a strong candidate pipeline through creative job postings, industry networking, sourcing, and partnerships with professional organizations, keeping diversity, equity, and inclusion in focus.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and internal stakeholders to understand team needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies, recommending improvements in talent acquisition processes.
- Manage headcount and unbudgeted requests throughout the year.
- Track and measure key recruitment metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate HR data is reflected in systems.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support ongoing HR projects, such as diversity initiatives, candidate experience, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally in the financial services or fintech industry. Experience in technology recruiting and managing intern hiring is a plus.
- Proven ability to assess resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting across multiple business units, fostering strong relationships with internal clients, and driving recruitment from initiation to offer stage.
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
