Sales Development Rep

The leading online marketplace for legal services that attracts 8 million visitors a month is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business acquisitions.


This is a full sales cycle position in which you will be able to close your own deals.


In this sales role you will consult with attorneys and legal practices regarding an industry leading online marketing and advertising service for the legal industry. This inside sales role focuses on expanding the company’s leading online marketing and advertising services for the legal industry and plays a critical role in driving the company's new business growth.


This is a great role for individuals currently working as an SDR or BDR and seeking to move into a full sales cycle position with the ability to close their own deals. Prior sales experience selling digital marketing, online advertising and SaaS is helpful. However, we are open to candidates with experience in complementary sales roles who are seeking to break into tech sales.


Sales Development Rep Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new accounts through outbound calling.
  • Qualify leads from marketing efforts directed at existing clients.
  • Conduct daily marketing consultations via phone/video to identify and match marketing opportunities with the best level of service for each client.
  • Manage the full sales cycle by presenting and educating prospects regarding the company’s advertising solutions and other products, managing negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.


Sales Development Rep Requirements:

  • 1+ year of B2B Inside Sales experience (prospecting, generating proposals, carrying a quota) with an emphasis on consecutive selling, preferably in SaaS or related services is preferred
  • Prior experience as a SDR with no closing experience is great - we will train the right candidates.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management software, and a working knowledge of Google Suite is a plus.

Compensation: This is a base + commission role with an on-target first-year earnings of $70,000-$75,000. Top producers currently earn in the $80,000 to $110,000 and higher. Commission payouts in December of 2024 ranged from $5,000 to $20,000!


Flexible schedule start as early as 8:00am or as late as 9:00am. This is a hybrid work opportunity and requires commuting three days a week into the Newark office.
