Job Description:
We are in search of an experienced Security Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying, developing, and maintaining robust customer relationships that contribute to achieving our sales objectives. You will be tasked with understanding customer needs, presenting tailored product or service solutions, and closing sales deals that directly support the companys growth. Strong knowledge of industry solutions is necessary as you will design and propose customized offerings to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Recognize opportunities for security system upgrades, moves, adds, and changes.
- Sales Process Management:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospects and existing clients.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations or presentations that address customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Provide valuable feedback to the team regarding customer demands and market opportunities.
- Goal Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to enhance market presence and profitability.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM.
- Regularly prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within Access Control, CCTV/Video Surveillance, and the Low Voltage industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is required.
- Ability to sell and promote a range of security products and systems, including video surveillance, access control, intercom systems, and mass notification solutions.
Working Conditions:
- Travel may be necessary for client meetings, conferences, or trade shows.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings or weekends, may be required to meet client needs.
- Understand and adhere to safety regulations and practices.

Required:

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of IT functionality.

Opportunity Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Proposed Salary: $80,000 - 200,000*. A base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, complemented by commission, allows for total earnings potential of $200,000/year.
*Actual salary for the Senior Sales Executive role will be based on experience.
