    Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
  • Tech Cert Verification - National (required within 30 days of start)
  • State License 1 Verification (WI CNA license required)
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) (required within 30 days prior to start)
  • NIH Stroke Certification (if applicable)
    Job Details
  • Required: AWHONN Beginner, BLS, NRP, 3yrs exp, Community hospital exp.
  • Preferred: ACLS.
  • Will manage/care for gyne patients when they are appropriate for inpatient care.
  • Stabilization and transfer care of maternal patients (will consider delivering locally with pediatric support - 34+wks) -- nearest NICU; 45 miles.
  • Float required: If no patients RN will be asked to care for non-infectious overflow medsurg patients in acute care units.
    Job Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a community hospital setting.
  • AWHONN Beginner certification required.
  • Current Driver's License or Government issued photo ID required.
    Schedule Information
  • EOW or Every third week.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit Specific Competency exam required within 12 months of start and must score 80% for passing. Must be updated annually for CNAs and Surg Techs only.
    Additional Details
  • Barcode scanning must be 95% to be eligible for an extension. Less than 95% could result in a cancel.
