Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Technical Maintenance Associate to join their team. As a Technical Maintenance Associate, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production lines. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $15
What's the Job?
- Provide maintenance support to production lines and auxiliary systems.
- Participate in equipment modifications and in-house fabrication projects.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and comply with all safety regulations.
- Attend all company-sponsored training and perform other duties as assigned.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED is required; vocational/technical certification preferred.
- Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Electronic Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Physical stamina to perform mechanical work, including lifting up to 40 pounds independently.
