• Practice Setting: To split time between two Radiation Oncology sites. One is located in Lima (Hospital Outpatient Cancer Center) and the other in Celina (Free-Standing Cancer Center)
• Reason for Coverage: To cover paternity leave for Dr. Michael Bishop
• Call Ratio: N/A
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
• Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage: Yes. They will be covering at the opposite location
• How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25-30 in Lima, 10-12 in Celina
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: 1-2 in Lima
• Trauma Level/Designation: 2
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
