Electrical Superintendent
Our Employee-Ownedcompany has immediate full-time openings for a Superintendent in the Southeast. This position will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, andFederal businesses and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positionsare regular, full-time and benefits eligible. Pay range depending onexperience, skills, and knowledge.
This positionrequires a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on work in outdoorenvironments and a strong drive for construction project management work. Musthave a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.
Job Duties:
Effectively useall resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas ofresponsibility.
Ensure all onsitepersonnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, workrules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, andrecommend/implement correction actions as required. Conduct accidentinvestigations as needed.
Ensure compliancewith all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Motivate others toachieve objectives. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions(scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.):
Effectively planand organize the work for which you are responsible.
Keep daily jobjournal detailing actual events.
Plan ahead formaterials, tools, and information.

Requirements
HighSchool Diploma or GED required
Positivesafety attitude and personal integrity
Highlycustomer-service oriented & a team player; ability to create new andmaintain current customers.
Validdriver's license and insured personal transportation is also required
7years prior experience in electrical construction in DOD, healthcare,industrial or premiere commercial is needed.
Strongknowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes; 2-4 years'experience preferred
Basicknowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E
Abilityto manage risk & profitability successfully
