*Up to $25K in bonus incentives (sign-on and relocation)*

Responsibilities:
As Nurse Manager of the Postpartum unit, you’ll develop a top-performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Recognizing the contributions of those who go above and beyond energizes you. You identify as an agent of change, committed to helping drive improvement outcomes and standing by decisions in the interest of Community; the popular and the unpopular. Collaboration across our healthcare system in the name of quality patient experiences comes second nature, as does developing a learning culture for your staff. You’re excited to foster an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued. The Clovis OB unit has 40 beds with a 1:4 or lower patient: nurse ratio.
Qualifications:
Education
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare related Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience
• Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required
• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
Licenses and Certifications
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (for NICU only) required
• PALS - Pediatric Advance Life Support Certification (for Pediatrics and PICU only) required
• NATIONAL - National Certification related to specialty and applicable to role (if qualifying with this option for Pediatric ICU and NICU) required
