Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation is seeking a *PRN Inpatient Certified / Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)*. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting standardized tests and implementing treatment plans for patients as directed by the primary OTR/L, including all related written and verbal communication. He/she will assist in maintaining the efficient operation of the hospital and providing a safe environment for our patients. *Come join the Siskin family and Make A Difference in the lives of our patients!*

*Our COTA staff *have daily contact with other staff, physicians, patients, patients' families related to treatment program of assigned patients. They provide student supervision as assigned and serve as a resource person for rehab technicians/aides, volunteers, and visitors relative to patient care.

*Minimum qualifications:*

*Education: *Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program including successful completion of clinical fieldwork requirements.

*Experience:* None required.

*Licensure/Certification:*

* Licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee
* Maintains ongoing CPR certification
* Obtains thermal and electrical modalities certifications for Tennessee prior to performing modalities

*Skills/Competencies*

* Willingness to continue education and professional training.
* Ability to work effectively with others.
* Ability to complete tasks in individual and team capacity.
* Willingness to accept and give constructive criticism.
* Computer skills required.
