*Schedule:* Full Time

*Shift*: Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30 pm), Weekend rotation of 3 weekend days in a 6-week cycle, Holidays



*The community you’ll be caring for: *Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapy. Floats to fill staffing needs in Inpatient Rehab or Acute based on census and staff PDO.



*The role you’ll contribute:*

Evaluate and develop an appropriate plan of care and treat patients who present with bodily impairments and functional limitations as medically prescribed.

· Assesses patient ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobility skills and evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems

· Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient's needs. Monitors patient's response and progress to treatment and modifies treatment plan as appropriate

· Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology, following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policies and procedures

· Provides discharge planning assistance and information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and follow up services

Qualifications - External

*The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:*

*Minimum qualifications*:

· Licensed in Florida as a Physical Therapist OR Temporary State permit as Physical Therapist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.30 - $55.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week



License/Certification:
* Physical Therapy License (Preferred)
* CPR Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
* Daytona Beach, FL 32117: Relocate before starting work (Required)
