About This Role
BOH managers actively lead by example, inspires, and teaches skills that will elevate the guest experience, their teams, and the restaurant
Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensures consistent execution of food, service, and hospitality
- Proactively manages costs in conjunction with the Chef, with an eye on the daily & weekly projections and budgets
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience
- A passion for excellence in hospitality
- NYC Food Protection Certificate (Food Handler’s)
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and digitally
- Ability to effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Flexible work schedules: the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits
- The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 50lbs
- Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
