Full Stack Engineer - Hybrid Work Environment

Location: Buford, Ga.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Enginee r to develop scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves both front-end and back-end development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain software products. With the increasing role of AI in our industry, you will also have the opportunity to work on innovative AI-driven features and integrate machine learning models into our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain front-end and back-end systems using technologies like React/Angular and .Net.
• AI & Machine Learning Integration: Develop and integrate AI-driven features and machine learning models to enhance the functionality of our applications.
• API Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs to connect the front-end with back-end services.
• Database Management: Manage SQL/NoSQL databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application performance.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, AI specialists, and engineers to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, integrate tests, and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for new features, AI integrations, and system updates.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in software development and AI technologies.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certificatio n Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Knowledge & Experience

• 3+ years in full-stack development, with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies
• AI & Machine Learning : Experience with AI tools, frameworks, or model integration is a plus
• API Development : Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Database Management : Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Version Control : Experience with Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab
• Communication : Strong, clear, and concise communication skills

Qualifications & Characteristic

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Understanding of microservices architecture

Work Environment

• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote after training)
