Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling product in a distribution center/warehouse environment safely and efficiently. This role requires operating a forklift, picking orders, preparing shipments, performing cycle counts, and loading/unloading trucks. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, forklift experience, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities - Handle products safely and efficiently utilizing a forklift .
- Pick orders from stock or staging areas .
- Assist in accurate preparation of outgoing shipments , including packaging, wrapping, kitting, assembly, weighing, paperwork processing, and labeling .
- Provide cycle count support to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks with outgoing and incoming materials .
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment .
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures .
- Ensure all orders meet quality and accuracy standards .
Physical Demands - Operate motorized equipment such as a forklift , with the ability to climb on and off as required .
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting .
- Ability to lift and handle materials regularly .
- Visual acuity required to ensure accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent desired .
- 3 years of forklift driving experience (previous Forklift Certification a plus).
- Strong safety record .
- 1–2 years of picking experience to develop familiarity with material handling methods and accuracy requirements.
- Basic computer skills .
- Excellent attendance record .
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions .
- Ability to understand and speak English .

- Regular and consistent attendance required .
