You will assist Lead Electricians, follow safety and code standards, and take responsibility for setting up, organizing, and cleaning job sites. Key Responsibilities
- Job Setup & Cleanup: Prepare tools, materials, and job sites while maintaining cleanliness.
- Hands-On Assistance: Support the Lead Electrician in installations, troubleshooting, and site tasks.
- Training & Development: Help train new helpers in company standards, tool use, and job expectations.
- Code & Safety Compliance : Follow all electrical codes and safety regulations; ask questions to ensure understanding.
- Task Management: Take notes, stay on track with assigned work, and report progress to the Lead.
- Material Tracking: Keep inventory of used materials and relay restocking needs to the Lead Electrician.
- Initiative & Work Ethic: Seek additional tasks to support the team and improve efficiency-don't wait to be asked!
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in a residential or commercial construction setting.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record (clean DMV record required).
- Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and follow company standards.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift materials, work at heights, and operate power tools safely.
