Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To: - Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels for HVAC parts and supplies.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Track and document inventory movements, including receiving, stocking, and distribution.
- Work closely with project managers and technicians to ensure materials are readily available for upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Utilize inventory management software to update and monitor stock levels.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Manage and order inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Order and maintain truck stock for all company vehicles.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HVAC materials, parts, and equipment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in inventory software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is preferred.
