TRC Talent Solutions in is looking for Production Supervisor for our client in Griffin, GA
 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills to optimize efficiency and meet production goals. 
 

Job Details:

$60K-$65K DOE + 7% Bonus Opportunity

Shift: M-F 5:00am-4:00pm

Location: Giffin, GA 30224

Key Responsibilities:

Direct day-to-day activities of production workers to meet schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Monitor production volume and quality, making adjustments as needed.

Coordinate with support teams to resolve production and material issues.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Maintain production reports and documentation.

Supervise and train employees, ensuring adherence to company procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly.

At least 1 year of leadership experience in a production supervisor role.

Strong leadership, dependability, and reliability.

Experience with assembly design and processes (plastics, sheet metal, molding, etc.).

Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
