Job Details

The candidate much exercise independent judgment and discretion to perform substantive functions in litigation matters. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail 100 percent of work time is required. Will be expected to travel, maintain positive contact with clients, observe confidentiality in client matters, and participate in the firm’s marketing efforts and client development. Will be assigned to work under the supervision of other attorneys employed by the firm. Practice areas include, but are not limited to, Construction Defect, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Labor and Employment, Medical Malpractice and/or Cyber Liability. Salary commensurate with level of experience.
