Job Details

You should have/know some of the following:

5+ years experience managing overall operations (safety, quality, procurement, logistics, maintenance, budget, etc.) in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environmentBachelor’s degree strongly preferredExperience in an industrial steel manufacturing plant and/or CNC machine shop preferredExperience with moderate to complex project management involving materials and manufacturing processesExperience with moderate to complex operations with products on manufacturing lines including cutting steel plate, fitting, welding and outfittingKnowledge of machines and tools used for steel fabrication (plasma tables, saws, press brakes, welders, CNC machining), including their designs, uses, repair and maintenanceAbility to apply quality control for moderate regulatory & testing requirementsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
