QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolMember in good standing of the California BarAt least three (3) years of litigation experience as a California licensed attorneyGenuine interest in consumer protection and representationHunger for professional growth, with a “no job is too big or too small” mentalityCollaborative and willing to operate in a team-oriented environmentBilingual Spanish is preferred but not requiredProficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and OutlookSkilled and decisive problem-solver with the ability to unravel complex issuesExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to track and comply with deadlines in a busy and fast-paced environmentWilling to learn and apply technology solutions and work in a paperless environmentWilling to travel within California as needed for court appearances, vehicle inspections, and depositionsAbility to lift and/or move up to 20 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
