Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our ongoing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.2. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.3. Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans and specifications.4. Managing the budget and ensuring that costs are controlled.5. Ensuring that all work is completed on time and within the specified budget.6. Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.7. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.8. Meeting with clients to understand their needs and expectations.9. Resolving any issues or problems that arise during construction.10. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.3. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.4. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.5. Strong leadership and team management skills.6. Excellent problem-solving abilities.7. Strong communication and negotiation skills.8. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.9. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.10. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.11. Knowledge of RFI (Request for Information) processes.
