We have offices in Walnut Creek, Sacramento, LA and Orange County. We pride ourselves in specializing in Lemon Law within the state of California. We are looking to bring on an attorney who has at least 7 years of experiance and an interest working in Lemon Law. We will teach you our ways and how to use or ai system.

Job Details
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Member in good standing of the California Bar
At least seven (7) years of litigation experience as a licensed attorney
Genuine interest in consumer protection and representation
Hunger for professional growth, with a “no job is too big or too small” mentality
Collaborative and willing to operate in a team-oriented environment
Experience supervising and training junior attorneys preferred
Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required
Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
Skilled and decisive problem-solver with the ability to unravel complex issues
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and comply with deadlines in a busy and fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and apply technology solutions and work in a paperless environment
Willing to travel within California as needed for court appearances, vehicle inspections, and depositions
Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
