As a member Qualcomm’s Microsoft Account Team, you will drive coordination between Qualcomm’s Business Groups and Sales Teams with Microsoft’s Windows Teams to align both priorities and execution for future products and platforms.In this role you will:Develop and execute the strategic business plan to drive leadership for Qualcomm’s comprehensive portfolio with the Microsoft Windows Team.Evangelize Qualcomm’s architectural solutions to this customer through viable business strategies, aligned roadmaps, and commercialization plans.Identify and leverage strategic business opportunities for Qualcomm in this account by evangelizing use cases for low power computing and AI/ML.Your charter will also include:Identifying and working closely with top business groups and their teams to establish Qualcomm as a sustained leader in the market.Comprehensive understanding of Qualcomm’s portfolio and technology and drive long-term strategic alignment with customer.Partnering closely with internal executives, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to facilitate and gain support for short-term execution and long-term GTM plans based on achievement of business and financial goals and milestones.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and 8+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.OR• Associate's degree and 10+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.OR• High school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.This position will work in proximity to Redmond, WA area as this individual will be expected to visit Microsoft office locations daily.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 15 years in the compute/PC or other high-tech product companies.At least 10 years of experience with PC platform architectures, with an understanding of form factor requirements, hardware and software development, performance benchmarking and power efficiency.10 years of experience in business development and / or strategic sales of technology products specifically to large scale companies operating in the areas of PC, Cloud, E-commerce, Search, Gaming, Enterprise Software, Social networking, Media Streaming, or similar.Experience running a program office to ensure high quality execution across Qualcomm and Microsoft engineering and product teams.Strategic Key Account Management Expertise, ability to build and nurture working level and executive level customer relationships & influence positive joint outcomes.Direct experience working with Microsoft’s Windows Strategy or development teams is beneficial.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Experience in negotiating contracts and closing large complex multiyear deals.Technical expertise in one or more areas of the following areas Datacenter, Wireless Infrastructure, Networking, Compute (Laptops, Tablets, Phones) and Gaming.Business and financial expertise to build long term business cases with clear ROI.Able to lead critical projects independently and must be resourceful and able to effectively operate in a complex, demanding environment.Leadership: The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking and recognized as a successful role-model who has demonstrated abilities to lead by influence.Collaboration and Influencing: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence and work closely with a variety of constituencies, both internal and external, intra and inter BU, customers, partners, as well as the ability to develop and nurture strong organizational relationships based on mutual trust.He/she will be a clear, open, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization with the ability to effectively interface with the most senior levels of management internally and externally, as well as influence and educate key internal leaders on trends.Ability to travel domestically and internationally.EEO Employer:
