Represent clients in insurance defense and civil litigation mattersHandle case management, including research, discovery, depositions, and pre-trial motionsAttend and represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials (both in-person and virtual)Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responsesCollaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and trial preparationCommunicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and legal mattersAssist with negotiating settlements and resolving disputesRequirements:

0-2 years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, or related fieldsActive membership in the California State Bar or eligibility for admissionProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with legal research and technical platforms for case managementEducation:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law schoolCertifications:
