We’re looking to hire a Founding Head of Sales .You must be tried, tested, and ready to close new customers and simultaneously manage offshore SDR operations.You will operate as a sales generalist alongside our CEO, doing everything you can to help us grow our customer base from double to quadruple digits this year.Responsibilities

Help us 10x+ ARR in 2025 through direct selling and team leadershipBuild/manage offshore SDR team of 3-5 repsConduct discovery calls and product demosDevelop sales playbook and processesDefine sales metrics and reportingCreate forecasting methodologyOwn revenue pipeline and targetsRequired Qualifications

Track record of excellence3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in automotive or AIExperience building and leading teamsHistory of consistent quota achievement (>120%)Strong demo and sales methodology expertiseTechnical aptitude to sell AI solutionsCompensation
