Operations Group, Operations Group > Product ManagementGeneral Summary:Qualcomm is seeking a Director to oversee the Strategy and Engagement of key PC industry influencers and decision-makers for the Snapdragon Compute Business Unit. This role will define the strategy and execution for Snapdragon Compute with PC and Silicon industry leaders such as Analysts, CIOs, retail leaders, OEMs etc. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and communications, to ensure consistent and effective messaging. Additionally, this role will serve as a technical and product spokesperson for Snapdragon Compute in interactions with key influencers, decision makers and analysts.Key Responsibilities:Develop an influencer, analyst engagement strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.Manage analyst, CIO, and other key decision-maker/influencer council strategy for Compute.Drive product vision and narratives that highlight Snapdragon's differentiation.Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, analysts, and thought leaders in the PC industry - OEM, ISV, Silicon.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and insights to inform and refine engagement.Organize and lead influencer & analyst events, briefings, & engagements to showcase our platform.Work with the QCOM analyst relations team, marketing teams, enterprise and channel teams, events teams to help coordinate a technical engagement for the audience.Qualifications:Bachelors in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.At least 10 years of experience in the PC industry at a silicon company or PC OEM or similar.Deep understanding of the PC industry and/or semiconductor technologies and their applications.Skills and Abilities:Proven experience in influencer and analyst relations, preferably within the Silicon and/or End-User computing industry.Strong understanding of the silicon technology landscape and industry trends.Previous experience with events coordination is a plus.Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative engagement strategies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of engagement activities.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.8+ years of Product Management or related work experience.Preferred Qualifications:15+ years of Product Management or related work experience.4+ years of working in a large matrixed organization.2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.2+ years of negotiating 3rd party business agreements.Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:$196,000.00 - $294,000.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
