With a focus on sophisticated commercial litigation, the firm represents high-profile clients in complex matters that demand creative legal strategies and exceptional client service.The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, particularly in commercial and real estate disputes, and a passion for providing outstanding legal services in high-stakes matters.Key Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of commercial and real estate litigation, including case strategy, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.Collaborate closely with senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and settlement negotiations.Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on commercial and real estate matters.Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and briefs.Manage client relationships and interact regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Qualifications:JD from an ABA-accredited law school.2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a preference for candidates who have exposure to real estate litigation.Strong understanding of litigation processes and experience managing cases from inception through resolution.Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Requirements:Must meet a minimum annual billable hour requirement of 1,750 hours.Active membership in the California State Bar.#J-18808-Ljbffr
