Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Start Date: ASAP June 2025
Hours: Full-Time
Caseload: Elementary School
Schools Assigned: 1 school site

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to K-5 students
Conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and evaluations
Develop and implement IEPs for students with physical challenges
Collaborate with other staff to ensure a comprehensive support plan for each student

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Experience working with K-5students is a plus
